Design inspired by Anne Boleyn’s famous necklace, this piece has been a staple of mine over the past two months 😍 ***(Initial necklaces with pearls were common among nobility during the Renaissance)***

A perfect piece to layer or wear on its own, the Boleyn will have “heads rolling” (too on the nose that one?👀)

Yet another woman who’s story has been misconstrued by men. Remembered for hundreds of years as the seductress who weaved her way into power—prompting the beginning of the New Church of England—and the first of Henry 8th wives to be beheaded “for not giving him sons” She was, in-fact, an ant-poverty politician. A radical move which some historians such as

Hayley Nolan suggest was the motive for here execution.

She states, “We send out a dangerous message to the world when we tell readers and viewers that women only want power for selfish and frivolous reasons….When we tell readers that Anne was killed because she had a string of torrid affairs, it implies that women deserve their downfall.”
